In-Line-Filter - Rigid plastic 16mm barbed fitting, this filter reduces sediment in the Soaker Hose and prevents clogging sometimes caused by calcium deposits such as bicarbonates and carbonates due to a hard water environment. The filter element is removable for cleaning. This light weight filtering device can be placed anywhere along the irrigation system although it may be best placed at the beginning of the installation. The design of this product may be subject to change but the function will always remain the same. Dip the end of the Soaker Hose into some hot water, then push the barbed fitting firmly into place. This forms a good water tight seal.
